Flaming of any form or for any reason will not be tolerated on this forum. If you disagree with someone, take it up with them over private messages or email. Politeness is key. You will receive one warning and then you will be banned from the forum. Moderators will have the final say over what is, or is not, a flame.

Respect the forum

Malicious abuse of any part of this website, by any means, for any reason will warrant an instant, site-wide ban. There will be no warnings offerred. Moderators have the final say over what does and does not constitute malicious abuse. Hopefully, we will never have to make a judgement call on these grounds.

Spamming is not permitted.

If you have a project which you feel will interest others, feel free to post it in the forum, once. Repeated posts will be considered spam and after one warning, you will be banned. If you have your own website, which you would like others to visit, we recommend you include it in your signature and participate in the forum. If people think your contributions are helpful, they will visit your site. Again, moderators have the final say on what constitutes spam.

Protecting your contact details

If you wish to post details of a project you are working on to find a production group or writer to collaborate, we recommend that you protect your details (especially if the best way to contact you is via phone or post). We have set up a system to protect them. If you wish to keep your contact details private, please send an email to tim@cutlunchlit.com with the subject "CONTACT SUBMISSION", your username and your details and we will forward them on request (or under whatever circumstances you specify). This may not seem like much, but it is enough to keep the details away from the prying eyes of search engines and email address collecting bots.

If you wish to contact someone who has not listed their details, please send an email to the same address with the subject "CONTACT REQUEST" and the username of the person you are wanting to get in touch with.

Please keep your posts on-topic.

If you are looking to workshop a script, post it to the relevant workshop section. If your post is off-topic, or not relevant to any of the other forums, post it to the Open Forum. If your posts are considered off-topic, they will be moved.
